Bloodybytes does not guarantee that the service will remain:

- uninterrupted;
- compatible with every device;
- compatible with every operating system version;
- free from changes in functionality.
The service may be temporarily interrupted for:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- bug fixes;
- security;
- infrastructure migrations;
- implementation of new features;
- emergency situations.
Where reasonably possible, planned interruptions may be announced in advance.
5. Game Updates and Changes
Naxtia Online is an evolving service.
Bloodybytes may add, modify, rebalance, or remove:
- features;
- maps;
- characters;
- NPCs;
- quests;
- skills;
- attributes;
- items;
- equipment;
- resources;
- recipes;
- systems;
- mechanics;
- economy;
- currencies;
- content;
- progression rules;
- technical requirements.
Changes involving balancing, progression, economy, or the normal operation of the game do not, by themselves, create a right to compensation or reimbursement unless required by applicable law.
6. Characters, Items, and Virtual Content
Characters, currencies, items, equipment, properties, resources, skills, progression, and other virtual elements within Naxtia Online are part of the service provided by Bloodybytes.
Users receive only a limited right to use such elements within the game in accordance with these Terms.
Virtual elements do not represent:
- physical property owned by the user;
- legal tender;
- bank deposits;
- investments;
- financial instruments;
- rights to redemption for cash.
Unless expressly offered by Bloodybytes, virtual resources may not be redeemed for money or value outside the game.

8. Refunds
Payments for digital products and services may be considered final after delivery or use, except:
- where refunds are required by law;
- where the product or service was not delivered;
- where an improper charge occurred;
- where Bloodybytes expressly authorizes a refund;
- where applicable platform or payment processor rules require different treatment.
Refund requests may be reviewed individually.
Bloodybytes may remove items, currency, benefits, or content associated with payments that are later canceled, reversed, or refunded.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Fraud
Abusive or fraudulent use of chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal mechanisms may result in account restrictions.
Where a transaction is canceled or reversed, Bloodybytes may remove virtual goods or benefits associated with that transaction.
Situations involving suspected fraud may be investigated before access to certain services is restored.

Naxtia Online and its content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise expressly indicated, Bloodybytes or its respective licensors own rights associated with:
- code;
- software;
- graphics;
- sprites;
- animations;
- interfaces;
- text;
- stories;
- characters;
- creatures;
- maps;
- sounds;
- music;
- trademarks;
- logos;
- names;
- designs;
- documentation;
- databases;
- other Naxtia Online content.
Content may not be copied, redistributed, sold, licensed, modified, or commercially exploited without authorization where such use exceeds what is permitted by applicable law.
11. User-Generated Content
Naxtia Online may allow users to create or submit certain content, including:
- names;
- messages;
- text;
- images;
- descriptions;
- guild-related content;
- other information submitted through the services.
Users remain responsible for content they submit and represent that they possess the necessary rights to use it.
By submitting content to features intended for publication or sharing within Naxtia Online, users grant Bloodybytes a limited license to store, process, reproduce, and display such content to the extent necessary to operate and provide the service.
Content that violates these Terms or the Game Rules may be removed.
12. Software, Client, and Security
Where Naxtia Online is provided through installed software, applications, or a game client, users may not, except where expressly permitted by applicable law:
- modify the client to obtain an unfair advantage;
- bypass security mechanisms;
- interfere with communication protocols;
- create unauthorized clients;
- use the software to access resources not normally made available;
- use reverse engineering for fraud, exploitation, or violation of the services;
- distribute modified versions of the client.

13. Account Suspension and Termination
Bloodybytes may take action against accounts that violate these Terms of Service or the Game Rules.
Depending on the severity of the circumstances, measures may include:

- removal of improperly obtained resources;
- progression rollback;
- character restrictions;
- account suspension;
- permanent account termination.
In serious situations involving security risks, fraud, or infrastructure compromise, measures may be applied immediately.
Account termination may result in loss of access to characters, progression, items, and other associated content.
14. Termination by the User
Users may stop using Naxtia Online at any time.
Where available, users may also request deletion of their account according to procedures established by Bloodybytes and the Privacy Policy.
Account deletion may result in permanent loss of associated virtual content.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bloodybytes shall not be liable for damages arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:
- user connection failures;
- outages involving external providers;
- device failures;
- third-party service issues;
- emergency interruptions;
- force majeure events.
Bloodybytes also does not guarantee permanent preservation of characters, items, currencies, or progression where changes are required for technical, security, balancing, or service integrity purposes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Backups, Rollbacks, and Data Corrections
To preserve the integrity of Naxtia Online, Bloodybytes may perform:
- backup restorations;
- rollbacks;
- character corrections;
- inventory corrections;
- item removal;
- currency corrections;
- transaction reversals;
- progression adjustments.
Such measures may be necessary in cases involving:
- technical failures;
- bugs;
- exploits;
- data corruption;
- resource duplication;
- attacks;
- processing errors;
- infrastructure incidents.
Where reasonably possible, Bloodybytes will seek to minimize legitimate impact on players.
17. Third-Party Services
Naxtia Online may rely on or integrate with services provided by third parties, including:

- payments;

- gaming platforms;
- digital stores;

Bloodybytes does not fully control the availability or operation of independent third-party services.
