Naxtia Online is an international online multiplayer RPG where players from around the world can interact.
To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone, MARWELLTECH LTDA (MARWELLTECH AND BLOODYBYTES), hereinafter referred to as “Bloodybytes”, establishes the rules below, which must be respected by all players.

- Use of unauthorized software: using modified clients, bots, automated macros, automation tools, cheats, scripts, or additional software intended to provide an unfair advantage, automate prohibited actions, or interfere with normal gameplay.
The existence of a bug or unintended behavior does not mean that exploiting it is permitted. Players who identify a potentially exploitable bug should stop using it and report it to Bloodybytes.

8. Penalties
Violating or attempting to violate these rules may result in administrative measures being applied to characters, accounts, or other resources associated with the player.
Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, such measures may include:
- warnings;
- communication restrictions;
- removal or modification of names;
- removal of improperly obtained items, currency, or resources;
- rollback of progression;
- modification or removal of attributes, skills, or benefits;
- temporary character suspension;
- temporary account suspension;
- permanent account termination;
- restriction from specific services.
In severe cases, accounts, characters, progression, items, or other resources may be permanently removed without compensation.
Penalties will be determined based on the severity of the violation, its impact on the game or other players, prior violations, and other relevant circumstances.
Bloodybytes may apply measures immediately and without prior notice where necessary to protect players, systems, services, or the integrity of Naxtia Online.
9. Attempts to Violate the Rules
A violation does not need to be successfully completed for a penalty to be applied.
Attempts to exploit bugs, use cheats, compromise accounts or systems, defraud services, bypass restrictions, or engage in any other prohibited activity may be treated in the same manner as completed violations.
Penalties may also be applied to players who knowingly assist, organize, or participate in violations carried out by others.
10. Interpretation and Enforcement
These rules are not intended to represent an exhaustive list of every form of conduct that may negatively affect Naxtia Online or its community.
Bloodybytes may take action against behavior that, although not expressly described in this document, is clearly abusive, fraudulent, harmful to the community, or capable of compromising the security, integrity, or operation of the game.
Bloodybytes is responsible for interpreting and enforcing these rules according to the circumstances of each case.
11. Changes to These Rules
These rules may be modified periodically to reflect changes to Naxtia Online, new features, technical developments, community needs, or legal requirements.
Material changes may be announced through the official website, the game, or official Bloodybytes communication channels.
Continued use of Naxtia Online after an updated version of these rules becomes effective means that the version then in effect will apply to the services used by the player.
12. Final Provisions
By creating an account, accessing, or using Naxtia Online, the player agrees to comply with these rules and any other policies applicable to Bloodybytes services.
These rules should be read together with the Privacy Policy, other applicable terms, and information published through official Naxtia Online channels.
If any provision of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect.
